Living Room...

The Living Room BEFORE:
-17ft ceilings + cheap pergo flooring= ECHOING LIKE CRAZY!
-Brass light fixtures, including a dining room light. Which we won't use a dining room
-Ugly curtains!
-No paint...

AFTER!!!
-New carpet that is WONDERFULLY soft and cozy
-No dining room light, it was replaced with a ceiling fan!
-No brass light fixtures, we bought new updated ones from Costco!
-New paint which I LOVE the color!
-No ugly curtains! Just needing to find (or make) other ones!

I also got the china cabinet for FREE! I just need to repaint it!The Process:
First, removing the UGLY curtains!

Tearing out the ugly red/orange tile in the front entry...

Dan was happy this came up pretty easy...

But then I tore up the ENTIRE pergo flooring BY MYSELF in like 10-15 minutes! hehe...

All the flooring ripped up before the painting began...

PAINTING IS DONE! FLOORING IS HERE!

Before:
-ugly brown and tan paint with the ugly tile and pergo (which doesn't match each other at all!)
When we bought the house, NOTHING matched ANYTHING!

AFTER!!!
So much better!

My mom and I splicing the chandelier to make it longer! We rock...

There she is! Much better than the brass!!!

Ceiling fan! Much better than the dining room light!
It helps regulate the temperature so much too!

You like?! I LOVE! I just need to sew the pillows on the couches, (shh, the fabric is only draped over the pillows)... and maybe find some art work or floating shelves to put pictures on! Oh and repaint the china cabinet! ONWARD!!!
