Brookie and Zoe!

Holly and I have known each other since 1st grade and have been best friends since the middle of high school.  We are always on each others brain waves and whatnot and are pretty much the only person we keep in good contact with from the good ol' HR days... We have moments that no other could understand (Friday Nights...gum...forking...boys (we wont name names)) 

Anyways, Holly got married about a year and a half after Danny and I did (June of 2007).  A couple weeks after she was married I had the joy of telling her I was pregnant and due in March!  About a month later, she called me terrified that she was pregnant...it was only a scare...but then about another month and a half later she called me again and it was the real thing.  We were SO excited we were going to be pregnant together.  (We both were secretly hoping for girls to be friends like us...) We can totally relate to each other and our complaints are pretty much the same.  Well, she came out to visit to Utah (she currently lives in much to far away, California) in March... actually we saw each other March 22 to be exact because it was the day before I delivered Brooke. (At that point, I didn't know it was a girl, but she knew Zoe was, well ZOE!)  I'll post those pictures once I get them from my mom...

Well, June 4 at 4:04am, Holly delivered beautiful baby Zoe in Sacramento, CA.  I was so excited (and a little jealous that her labor was only 4 1/2 HOURS FROM THE TIME HER WATER BROKE AT HOME) ;)  Anyways... this past week Holly and Zoe (and Ryan, although I didn't get to see him) came to Utah for the 4th!  We got together and Brookie and Zoe met for the first time.  They were so cute and we think there was an instant bond. They even look like they could be related...  They are 2 1/2 months apart, which is actually closer than the 7 months Holly and I are...

Brookie: "Hey, do they take this many pictures with you too?"

Zoe: "Ya, but I only have 1 expression right now...so you'd think they would stop"

Brookie would not take her eyes off of cute lil Zoe...
Zoe: "Heeeeyyya... you hate the boob too?"

Brookie: "You too?!"
